Our R&R Livery is specialised for clients' horses recovering from injury that require palliative care and time for recuperation.
Our team is highly experienced and supported by our accredited vets and specialised farrier.
Combined, we provide specialised palliative care to meet each horse's recovery needs.

South West Equine Livery is well equipped with:
- Large covered stable yard
- Three foaling boxes designed for Box Rest
- Covered Turnout with separation bays
- Sheltered hardstanding turnout
- Communal and isolation post & rail paddocks
My competition pony Jack was on RnR Livery at South West Equine and I cannot recommend Poey and her team more highly. He was amazingly taken care of with all his rehab needs thoroughly considered and abided by.
Poey was always on hand to help with the vets and farrier. We will all miss the happy atmosphere and professional service.

“Poey, Mike & Tom are some of the most kind, genuine and trustworthy people, taking such fantastic care of all of their horses, giving each one very individual care. My retired gelding King has spent a part of his retirement at their yard, and their care was second to none.
